Baked Cream Puffs

1 loaf unsliced white bread, trim off crusts
1 stick of butter
3 ounces cream cheese
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Cut bread into 1" cubes. In a saucepan combine all of the ingrdients except the bread and egg whites. MIx well. Cheese should be melted. Transfer to bowl and add egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and place on buttered cookie sheet. Chill overnight loosely covered. Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes. Should be golden brown.
