Mashed Potato Casserole
5 pounds potato
6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and mash.
Then beat with mixer. Add in the remaining ingredients and beat
until the consistancy of mashed potatoes. Pour into a casserole
dish. Drizzle mellted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 30 minutes.
